Not many people are aware that anyone can buy a residential accommodation in Himachal Pradesh. Special permission is required for buying agricultural land but there are not many hurdles in residential, pre-built accomodations. - Why Kasauli – Solan – Dharampur area?
Good question! These places are the starting mountains of the Shivalik mountain ranges. Infrastructure is Excellent due to close proximity of National Highway leading to Shimla and Further. Additionally, the altitude is perfect for living as it is neither too cold not too hot. Given the climate changes, people would look for such places in the coming years. Oh yes – the location is just 1-1.5 hours drive from cities like Chandigarh, Ambala, Patiala etc. Ideal for weekend escapes. Perhaps that is why big players like DLF and Tata have setup their properties in the vicinity albeit seeking much higher investments. - When can we move in?
Well, that depends on the availability of the flats of your choice. If readily available, you can buy immediately and move in within 3 months. If not readily available, you can pre-book one from the upcoming blocks and we will deliver within 3 years. - How long does it take to get the formalities done?
Well, if your documents are in proper order, you can get the possession within 3 months. This time is the official government procedure time. We do not keep anyone waiting at our end. - Is re-sale allowed?
Absolutely! Once you own the property, you may sell it or use as per your life’s requirements. Terms and conditions apply though. - What does Fully serviced mean?
A good question again. Many promoters offer fully serviced apartments but they lack the hospitality knack. We have taken special care to take all day to day headaches upon ourselves allowing you to spend time on yourself and your family.
